Very centrally located in Burton Street, with quick access to Cheltenham town centre and FCH campus (Waitrose at the end of the road and Tesco superstore a few minutes away). Large first floor bathroom with bath and shower. Wall mounted TV in the living room with Freeview & licence, fantastic Superfast fibre broadband, and utility bills included. Lovely, private courtyard garden.
