Eden Property is a family run business and we own and manage all our houses. We don't use Agents and there are no Agent's fees.
We specialise in offering high quality student accommodation in Cheltenham. All our houses and apartments are just minutes from the Francis Close Hall Campus. We offer fully furnished accommodation in two, four, five, six and eightbedroom properties. Our tenancy's are for a period of up to 50 weeks and are all inclusive, that means the rent you pay includes all bills.
